LS form

FRC-made prestressed long embedded formwork has achieved approximately twice the bending strength through the use of reinforcement materials and prestressing.

The LS form is a long-length product that expands the range of applications for the GRC (Glass Fiber Reinforced Cement) embedded forms "KC form" and "JS form," which already have numerous construction achievements in road drainage ditch culverting work. When culverting ditches, the labor involved in traditional on-site formwork construction is eliminated, making installation easier and significantly reducing total costs. While KC form and JS form are made of GRC, the LS form incorporates a net-like reinforcement and prestressing in addition to the GRC structure. It achieves approximately twice the bending strength of conventional products. Since the pitch of the ribs and main reinforcement in the product is the same, spacers are unnecessary during concrete pouring. Each piece weighs 69 kg (for an internal width of 2500 mm), allowing for manual installation, making it efficient to work in narrow sites or steep locations where heavy machinery cannot enter. On-site processing with a diamond cutter is also easy. The load capacity is 150 kg per square meter, allowing one person to work on the product. The LS form can be used as an embedded form for culverting ditches and waterways with internal widths ranging from 1400 to 2500 mm. With the addition of the new LS form to the existing KC form and JS form, culverting work for ditches with internal widths from 250 to 2500 mm can now be handled without the need for support structures.

"SDP Form," an embedded formwork that contributes to i-Construction.

The "SDP Form," a high-durability embedded formwork that does not require a mold, contributes to the realization of a safe and secure society by streamlining on-site construction and enhancing the durability of structures.

This is a high-durability embedded formwork made of high-strength mortar with a water-cement ratio of 30% or less, reinforced with corrosion-resistant stainless steel rebar to achieve thin and lightweight construction. Instead of conventional embedded inserts, it features the use of truss steel materials for connecting and assembling with internal supports. It is applicable to both new construction and repair/reinforcement of existing structures, meeting the expectations of i-Construction through process shortening and labor-saving. 【Features】 (1) It improves the durability of reinforced concrete structures, particularly effective in high-corrosive environments such as coastal splash zones and roads where deicing agents are applied. (2) The use of truss steel materials ensures that the SDP form and the post-poured concrete are securely integrated, preventing delamination at the interface. (3) It allows for a reduction in cross-section thickness, thereby minimizing the increase in thickness during repair and reinforcement work. It can accommodate restrictions such as architectural limits and riverbed obstruction rates. For more details, please refer to our website and feel free to contact us. *We will hold a concrete diagnosis certification exam preparation course in May.

High Durability Embedded Formwork "EIEN"

Precast concrete with excellent material barrier properties and resistance to dissolution and leaching.

Many of the concretes excavated from ancient Roman sites and the Dadiwan ruins in China are believed to have chemically stabilized and improved durability through carbonation, allowing them to exist healthily. "EIEN" is a new concrete with excellent performance that reflects the findings of ancient concrete research in modern cutting-edge concrete technology. 【Features】 ■ It has a lifespan of ten thousand years. ■ By densifying the near-surface through carbonation curing and improving material shielding and resistance to leaching, its durability has been enhanced. ■ Due to its excellent material blocking and leaching resistance, it suppresses the rise in pH levels of the surrounding environment.

Buried formwork "Deco Mesh"

For various concrete structures! No external formwork is needed, and construction can be done using only the inner side of the formwork.

"Deco Mesh" is a formwork that does not require demolding and is embedded. By using a blind mesh made of special wire mesh, excess water and air bubbles can be quickly discharged, allowing for easy and rapid placement of homogeneous concrete. Additionally, the surface of the special wire mesh has a textured finish, creating a stone-like appearance when the concrete is poured. Furthermore, since all components are made of high corrosion-resistant galvanized steel plates called "Super Dima," it has rust resistance equal to or greater than post-galvanization. [Features] - No need for temporary formwork or dismantling - Ultra-lightweight due to the mesh - Safe and easy for internal work - Aesthetically pleasing and environmentally considerate - Excellent rust resistance for long-lasting reliability *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
